Do I really pay $0 upfront?

Yes. There are no setup fees or large upfront costs. Your monthly plan covers everything from design to launch. Additionally, your first monthly bill will be prorated so that your billing aligns with the 1st of the month.

Will my monthly price ever increase?

No, your cost won't go up. Once you start, your rate is locked in for life.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

Never. Our pricing is flat and transparent - no surprise bills, upsells, or preferential treatment.

How do I pay each month?

We accept all major credit cards as well as ACH payments. Billing is automatic each month, and you can update your payment method at any time.

What exactly is included in the monthly fee?

Everything your website needs: custom design, hosting, a domain, security, ongoing updates, unlimited edits, SEO foundations, and full management.

Do you also provide hosting, domain, and security?

Yes. Hosting, a custom domain, SSL security, and continuous monitoring are all included. There are no separate charges.

Does this price include unlimited edits and updates?

Yes. Routine edits like text changes, image swaps, or minor updates are always covered. Larger redesigns or significant structural changes may require additional scope, but for everyday updates, you’re fully covered.

Can I add extra pages to my website?

The Extra Pages Add-On lets you add 10 additional pages at a time, up to a maximum of 45 total pages per site. Once an add-on is added, it cannot be removed without prior authorization, due to the required upfront design and SEO function of the pages.

What happens if I cancel my plan?

You retain ownership of your domain name and your business materials (like logos). The website design and code remain with us. We’ll help you transfer your domain or materials if needed.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our plans are month-to-month. You stay because you want to, not because you’re locked into a contract. However, we do encourage all customers to stay at least six months due to the length of time it takes to gain traction on Google.
